I was instrumental in bringing a ceramic bone implant for the middle ear to fruition for the company. From raw material to finished implant. 8 million$ a year with 4 people involved in production. I was recognized for my contribution and given job as mfg. eng. associate. He was instrumental in making ENT a great place to work!
