I had the privilege of working as a sales rep with Jim as my manager at Mead Johnson for six years.

I was truly "awe struck" by his comment at a quarterly sales meeting when Jim presented the program & goals given from upper management. Jim simply looked around the room and said "so how are WE going to do this". By asking everyone to "buy-in" to the solution we took ownership and that was great leadership.
